Request for lexicon addition and additional taxonomic names. #255

Hi Ming,

Can I kindly request for the addition of lexicons (NCBI Taxomony ID) of the following bacteria strains on the REDU sample information template?

  1. Xanthomonas campestris 8004 | 314565  
  2. Pseudomonas coronafaciens | 235275  
  3. Pseudomonas maculicola | 59511  
  4. Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci | 322
  5. Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 | 223283

I could not find the NCBI Taxomomy ID for the following strains, so I listed the closest/the umbrella ID of the species

  1. Bacillus licheniformis M017 |   | 1402
  2. Bacillus licheniformis 1001 |   | 1402
  3. Bacillus laterosporus CM3/33 |   | 1465
  4. Bacillus megaterium 3-76 |   | 1404
  5. Bacillus subtilis 10SI |   | 1423
  6. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CM5 |   | 1390
  7. Bacilius pumilus 1875 |   | 1408

to assist can you please reformat such that NCBI number is first followed by the name listed in NCBI. for example "27334|Penicillium expansum"
