Within the rate- base CPP compliance 75%, a cross cursor appears when you hover over the two bars. This cursor allows one to draw a box and blow up a section of a bar. (i.e. draw a box over the grey section, the whole image zooms in on the bar). This is low priority, but I don't think the user shouldn't be able to do that, as it becomes confusing/ difficult to reset the bars.
