This title is a misname. The calculations are actually for "Your Plan's Energy Generation" as the number is a summation of all the slider energy inputs. The "2030 Consumer Demand" will be created from the projection of what the state will use in the future (primarily based on population growth). Current action item to data mine future state energy consumption. If the data is found, it will be stored in a csv. file. If this data mine is not successful, the consumer demand will be based on a rate (this will also need to be researched). Another recommendation is to state the 2012 consumption (this will be recorded as a separate issue). The final display will then have 3 numbers relating to energy: 2012 Consumption, 2030 Consumer Demand, Your Plan's Generation (where plan generation is based on the sliders).
