好像是bitsandbytes的错 #231

执行finetune.py的时候遇到这个问题，请问大家有什么解决办法吗？ RuntimeError: CUDA Setup failed despite GPU being available. Inspect the CUDA SETUP outputs above to fix your environment! bitsandbytes是linux版本，得着bitsandbytes windows 网友自己编译的来pip。 但是bitsandbytes调用了pyarrow，pyarrow会报错，等pyarrow13.0.0 会修复问题
