TicTec homepage #81

Part of #49

I feel like we should have a TicTec repo for this, but until then...

Here's a quick mockup I threw together for a more inspiring TicTec homepage for 2017 @jacksonj04 @Rebeccarumbul

Yep, really like it! Is the green the same green as on the colour TICTeC logo?
