Create Hierarchical Navigation Structure #115

For more complex content, it would be nice to be able to have nested pages, and for the menu to automatically reflect that structure. But since wok sees files and directories as flat, as you mention in the docs, it might also be good to mention in that same part of the documentation whether nested menus and pages is possible, and if so, how to do it.

Wok sees files as without hierarchy, but not pages. Pages are grouped into a tree hierarchy, and site menus can be made to reflect this. See docs here: http://wok.mythmon.com/docs/content/categories

My goodness, this is so awesome. I dig WOK much more than the other s.s.g apps that all appear to be blog generators, not site generators. The simplicity and categories rocks (not available in pelican, surprisingly). Thanks. :)
