Replace the "Dollar" prefix #7

It's long and unidiomatic.

"DollarP" should remain as part of those class names that have direct relevant to the algorithmic details of Dollar P. A lot of the other code is more general and can be applied also to for instance Dollar N type approaches and the one I put together last year.
