add the ability to drag and drop window after dragging then opening desktop view. current behaviour: the window ignores desktop view. requested behaviour: the window draggable to anydesktop on desktop view.

This would conflict with your other request to have desktopview on all monitors. You wouldn't see your windows other than what I show you desktopview.
