Added 404.html page + styled in style.css bottom

As seen in Issue 404 page #55 , a 404 page would be beneficial.

Added

Netlify automatically detects if a file has been named 404.html and uses it accordingly (whenever a 404 error occurs). This 404.html file gets all the meta tags and styled w. the style.css file ( bottom).

• a custom 404 page that matches the rest of the application
• a button that brings one back to the homepage

Further

This is not a fully complete 404 page , but it is better than the default one ( provided by Netlify). One can now easily add further customization.
