Unauthorized access : Citrix mail server #1018

Iphone 6+, email:swearn.podlia@citrix.com; client: us-east-1:98e20cc3-5bc6-4bf7-9dd6-41c45541fb8c

The app is denied connection as an unauthorized device. XenMobile is installed on the device.

error message from telemetry here: 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Worx email can connect on this device. No native email connection.

Most likely there is some Xenmobile token or autorization that we will want/need to have when we work with these guys

yeah, She had xenmobile running on device. I suspect that an unwrapped app is not allowed through firewall She will try IOS Mail to see if same thing happens

I think we can safely say that this is an issue with xenmobile and not being allowed through vpn. We will likely have to test wrapping and being a xenmobile ecosystem app, but this is not a gate for B1 or B2
