MSI MEG x399 Creation #66

I have the following mainboards: MSI MEG X399 CREATION (MS-7B92) MSI X470 GAMING PRO CARBON (MS-7B78)

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use msi-rgb to make any changes on either mainboard. I understand that they are not on the 'Working Boards' list, so I didn't expect results. I don't get any errors issuing commands (tried some basics like ./target/release/msi-rgb -f -d300 08FF00 F7FF00 00FFEC and one of the suggested from you examples), but it doesn't apply the changes either.

As I have both boards I am more than willing to provide any information you would like and test accordingly. Let me know particulars that would help and I will reply with whatever is requested.

I also would love to see this

Any chance of either board being added to the in future?

I’m not actively developing this project past the point it currently is in. Mostly because I do not have access to the hardware other than my own motherboard and am unlikely to purchase any consumer-grade computer hardware made by MSI in the future.

OK. Thanks for the reply. I'm in the midst of a custom loop build and looking for ways to manage lighting, temp based fanspeed control all without being in Windows. So if you have any suggestions of things to read and or learn about I'm all ears. If not, thanks for the effort in this project and getting it to where it is today for those that were able to take advantage of it.
