Add picorv32-based softcore for I/O processing and an improved menu system #3

  1. PicoRV32-based riscv softcore for game loading and menu system
  2. New 3-channel sdram to run softcore (and possibly vram in the future)
  3. Initial version of firmware in on-board SPI flash
  4. Menu system supporting directories, with FatFs library
  5. Fix Donkey Kong Country freeze
  6. Select-Start to switch between OSD and game
