A skeleton of some documentation including

copy of readme
contributing guide modified from the napari contributing guide

Things still needed before merge

[ ] #79 should merge so that contributing guide is accurate
[ ] logo
[ ] update readme to reflect pip installation
[ ] tutorial for interactive animation
[ ] github actions for deployment of built docs to gh-pages branch

To build

pip install docs/requirements.txt
jupyter-book build docs
