Hey @natecraddock I saw that the distinction between workspaces and dirs wasn't clear, which is totally understandable given their names.
Just added a section to properly explain what is a workspace and what is a dir.
If you think about something else or have idea to improve the code and make it more maintainable (I rushed the feature a little bit have to agree but it worked perfectly for me until now).
