images need to be re-stitched after registration #19

Marilyne: I was wondering, do you think we could re-stitch the images at same position they were in round 0? If some pieces are missing or are removed because of a bad registration, we could just fill this with black space? I think that if the tissues have random position at the end, it might confuse our collaborators. Let me know if you think this would be possible. If it is too complicated, we will stick with the previous plan.

still need to implement manual qc at this step, but that's redundant with issue#16
