Segmenting multiple cores together increases variability and results in poor registrations. Need to tune segmentation and core selection parameters to only grab one core.

Suggest playing with gaussian blur params.

Also, maybe just use otsu threshold, no need to do watershed.

Try re-scaling intensity for registration-evaluation segmentation.
