Switch from Homebrew to Nix.
Not a complete migration, Homebrew still maintains desktop apps (supported only on macOS).
Nix maintains all other packages via home-manager. See the list of packages in $DOTFILES/nix/home.nix.
home-manager
asdf is now managed via git (not available via nix - in the future I plan to use something like nix-direnv or lorri but that's a project for another day).
