Scripts for preperation of data for The Swedish National Facility for Magnetoencephalography Parkinson's Disease Dataset (NatMEG-PD). The dataset was collected at the NatMEG facility (www.natmeg.se) at Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden. The dataset is available through EBRAINS (www.ebrains.eu).
This repository contains the script for anonymizing data and arranging data according to the MEG-BIDS format.
