Port to gtk3 #804

Please port the GTK GUI from GTK+ 2 to 3.

I found this porting guide: https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/gtk-migrating-2-to-3.html @City-busz, would you know how, and have the time to do the porting?

Since Qt looking to cut or at least restrict open-source version and new Linux Phones are coming soon Librem 5 and PinePhone, would be nice to have something GTK based (since for Qt, there is great turn-by-turn navigation PureMaps). EDIT: Also I suspect distributions will soon start dropping GTK+:2 stuff from their repositories.
