In the process of transcribing the paper files, the undergrads (Bella) have found new data! Not currently in the mbbs. Opening an issue and branch to

[x] After transcription, get S(number of species) and N(number of individual birds seen)
[x] Add to survey_list
[x] Edit the survey runners google spreadsheet

Confirmed that it's not just an error in the date on the sheet or something, It was run on 7-27-2003 and all the surrounding years were run 5-31 (2002), 6-7 (2004). 6-24 (2005)

Assigning the survey to Shantanu Phukan as observer as he ran all the other years during that time period
