Add Chatham 4 hist xls

• [x] Fix any associated ebird errors where they exist, as some Chatham 4 records have also been uploaded there

• [x] 2019: a single checklist, but with stop level counts in the notes for each species which you can hopefully pull out programmatically. (yep, can be done programatically)

• [x] 2018: 20 checklists, but without standardized stop names--can we rename, or do we need to ask him to? (can rename)

• [x] 2017: As he says below, the first ~5 (I think, you should check) are from the wrong route (Chatham 2), but then there should be 20 checklists for Chatham 4 without standardized stop names.

• [x] I'm guessing we may already have Chatham 2 thanks to Norm, and if so, go ahead and delete those checklists from our mbbs account. You may need to verify the locations on a map (and/or to cross-check with Norm's checklists) to be sure.

2018, 20 checklists but ALSO a checklist with everything summarized in the species's comments

Kept route summary checklists that contained stop information for the species in the comments, and removed from ebird the duplicate checklists broken out by individual stop, as we already had the data

Format for new xls files is different

Removed the check that the expected number of species matches. It doesn't for Mike Schultz, and matches for all the rest. Mike removed the species that were never observed on his routes, didn't make sense to go through the excels and mess around to add them back in.
