• QC'd and downloaded 2024 data from ebird
• replaced str_replace with str_replace_all in R/prepare_mbbs_data to make use of the new c("" = "") format (doesn't work with str_replace)
• added month and day column to the latest_surveys dataframe used in R/process_observers to be in line with having those columns in survey_events
• added precount checklists to the excluded_submissions yaml

With that done, I believe the 2024 data is ready to go and be processed through to the website.
