Figure out how to process habitat data #9

This is going to take some work as the data are in a single string that would need to be parsed but the data are not 100% consistently formatted.

We now have the landcover data:

For the stops that have significant change
Can use the habitat data to more closely determine dates of change
+test the accuracy of the habitat data and see how helpful. Can help pinpoint when change occured

Going to take a look at this as a study I have in mind would really benefit from having habitat change at the stop level -- with better resolution as to when the change occurred..
