This is punchlist for reorganization work pending an approved/merge initial draft of #70.

Reorganization of data files

move data files in inst/extdata into appropriately named directories in inst/.
Update RBuildIgnore as needed

Reorganization of code

rename scripts to be relevant to the data processed (functions that deal only with ebird data should be in file(s) named consistently with `ebird
It may make sense to number or somehow collate the scripts (at least roughly) in the order that used in the data pipeline.

Establish build process

We'll want to have a build process that automatically
- (a) runs the (currently named) import_data.R script
- (b) saves data files to an appropriate directory (probably a temp directory as the build should be handled by nix)
- (c) updates the data website
- (d) checks the integrity of the build (e.g. we don't overwrite versions of data)
- (e) (maybe?) use tags to set a release

Remove dead files

files in inst/analysis_data
