add stop lat/lon #95

Rather than just having the lat/lon of (?) the first stop, data/mbbs_routes now has the stop lat/lons from: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1NRAImHBzXvdQGpsUzcCPb6tqxUkxMx0&usp=sharing

Do we have a csv of this data as well?

Yep! In inst/extdata/route_stop_coordinates.csv, which also contains two columns (County_Route_Stop, County_Route) that make it easy to upload it into the google map and have the names on each point labeled correctly.

Is this better stored as a csv only?

Yes, I think so. I think the work on #93 will move us toward more easily shareable datasets.

Done, I've removed mbbs_routes from the data/ folder in this branch.
