Its very easy to add and manage custom user roles, but given that we need all the capabilities of the 'author' role and making a new role does not help us limit how many of a certain post they can make, it only helps the naming as the capabilties assinged to user roles are not specific enough.
Will rename this to limit number of studio +artist posts a user can make to 1
