Why don't prefiles show pilot stats?

Seems to be just prefiles with this issue, they never show pilot stats on hover of the callsign.

Ok this isn't prefiles, it's pilots that are so new the vatsim stats API hasn't updated yet with numbers and returns a 404 for the cid.

It should still hyperlink the callsign and provide a link out to stats.vatsim.net if the CID exists.
