fix bugs (help button and prev/next buttons) #135

Help button is no longer disabled on quiz screen upon answering and moving between quiz queue
prev/next buttons cannot be used until after the browser has retrieved and set everything for the quiz screen
text is removed when switching between quiz queue positions for a more coherent user experience
