Long list of rivers breaks the GUI layout #17

I have a bug to report. When using the Wide Rivers mod here on steam the list of river filters is larger than default and causes the selection buttons to be partially covered by the scrollbar. Thought you'd like to know.

Similar to #6 , need to check if it applies to all these kind of filters.
