[BUG] Homepage - Promo's should not display in Flash Sales container if it is currently not available #967

Version: V1.0.1 OS: All Browser: All Description: If promo is not yet available it should not appear in Flash Sales container. (if the set time is not yet starting)

Hi @regineabigail, we will tagged this issue to be "wontfix". As per our meeting, the flash sale container should display 3 photos of products but they will just served as cover photos.

Tagging @mikedollosa and @bogzborja, please verify this spec for flash sale. Thanks!
