@regineabigail, will tagged this as "For Clarification". I think the admin should be very careful on setting the start-time and end-time of the flash sale, and should be knowledgable on the rules. Values of start-time and end-time of every flash sale item should have an interval of either 1-hour or 2-hours. With respect to the start-time, the value should be of zero minute (eg. 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, etc).

@liaoxianjian I think this is not a bug since time intervals of sales are based on Marketing decisions. Making validations to only accept rounded up time values might restrict them. Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks!
