Current behavior

The get_os_version function in neogpt/utils/system_info.py is missing.

Proposed changes

Task: Implement the get_os_version function in neogpt/utils/system_info.py.
Details: The function should return the operating system currently in use.
Additional Information: Also implemented other functions.

I have implemented all the functions except the neogpt_info().

[x] Implemented get_python_version() to return the current Python version.
[x] Implemented get_os_version() to return the OS the system is using.
[x] Implemented get_ram_info() to get the Free/Used RAM capacity.
[x] Implemented get_cpu_info() to check the resources utilized.
[x] Implemented get_neogpt_version() to check the current version of NeoGPT.
