Current behavior

Currently, the Docs don't have the Setup the OpenAI key guide.

Proposed changes

Updating the setup-openai-key.mdx file
Updating the navigation bar
Updating the Quick Start page
Checks
Added the 'Setting up OpenAI Key section
Updated the navigation bar to show the option
Added the configure .env step to the Quick Start with link to this new page.

This PR resolves issue #163
