Add dates as a field type for filtering to support provenance
Date filtering would probably require a date picker component or some other method of defining a day and time.
Defining operators may also be a challenge, e.g.
1/27/24 14:00:00
1/27/24 2:00:00pm
> 1/27/24
1/27/24 12am
