Fail gracefully if unknown comment type is found #183

If comment types are changed in dc-comments, existing comments referencing now-removed comment types will result in breaking errors.

Fall back to generic default comment type?

Show the changed comment type with a short error message:

The id is not terribly human friendly, but given that we are missing the type definition, we can't show a more friendly label.
