booking time on "linked ticketsystem" feature does not trigger Jira auth #31

When you book time on an external ticket system ticket, the "linked ticket" feature does not trigger Jira auth on local Jira ticket system.

You can get an error "400 Bad Request" error form Jira, due to Timetracker cannot load any information form Jira due to missing Jira auth.
