plugin NumberedHeadings #19

Hi,

I am using numbered headings for some docs. When activating the revealjs-plugin all numbered headings do not work any more, as if NumberedHeadings was not enabled: the "- " is displayed instead of the numbers.

It would be awesome if both could co-exist :-)
