change provider display sequence #38

The listing of the providers should be App->Provider in case several providers exist per app. Currently its the other way round. or is there a reason?

My thinking was the same that it would be better to have the provider names first since that would be different and easily spotted when having multiple providers for one app. I don't have a strong opinion there and app name first would also make sense since the icon would be beside that.
