Update master php testing versions #225

christophwurst/nextcloud dev-master requires php ^7.4 || ~8.0 || ~8.1 -> your php version (7.3.33) does not satisfy that requirement

Drop 7.3?

Can't but maybe the CI job can be adjusted to test only specific combinations
