I was exploring throw Synology Photos and found an option to create albums based on conditions and i think this would be amazing here some some screenshots
The Select photos to create albums looks like that option is already in Nextcloud
Create Conditional Album should be an amazing add on. it works very well and super easy if you add a photo or videos to the folder it will add it automaticity to the album\s
