Feature Request: summary table for each sample #345

Description of feature

Hi all,

I just ran a workflow with many samples. Everything ran without any problem, thanks !!!!

My feature request is to have a summary table of all the samples in the final multiqc file to quickly have an overview of the stats per sample. Unless I'm wrong, such table is missing in the report.

+1 I would also like to see this added back to the MultiQC report. I also saw that there was a close issue about this https://github.com/nf-core/atacseq/issues/269.

Seems that the general statistic table was removed when https://github.com/nf-core/atacseq/pull/175 was merged, not clear why though. Maybe @JoseEspinosa would like to chime in?
