How to run a Jupyter lab

Go the notebooks folder and run:

jupyter lab

A new tab in your web browser should open up. Then select the notebook of interest in the left sidebar by double-clicking.

How to create the Singularity image

Follow the instructions in the https://github.com/AndreWeiner/of_pytorch_docker repository but replace the Dockerfile with the one provided in https://github.com/nformella/Cluster-based-network-modeling-using-auto-encoders.git.
