Description
Based on people's comments on the original angular repo. Bazel is a difficult setup to get community helping make code change and get people actively helping on the repo.
Proposed solution
We propose a migration from Bazel to NX. The reason for this change is NX came from angular and gives us the ability to streamline the build process to what everyday angular developers are use to.
