As a tool maintainer I need to keep data about care systems up to date So that the tool remains useful

Specifically mentioned by SCW:

Can we get functionality to load from csv files?

Consider if there is a way to load data from CSV files.

Open questions:

• What data specifically?
• Why would that be easier than maintaining data within the tool
