What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Re-add links to example downloads, which were removed in the PR that scrubbed the word "MeasurementLink" from the documentation.

Update docs to say the examples are for the next version of InstrumentStudio, since 2024 Q3 has shipped.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Encourage users to use a released version of the software.
