Speed up Builds #23

I am not sure how it works but I think there is a way to make the -j flag on make work (without breaking everything) on buildroot. Might work out of the box I have no clue.

Parallel builds can be enabled with BR2_PER_PACKAGE_DIRECTORIES. This page warns about issues with QT, it looks like there is a fix but it would be good to test to make sure this to make sure it works well.
