config: Remove file names from configuration files #34

The information about which config file or which genimage file is stored in the file path. The reason this was origionally done was so the raspberry pi can all be in one folder and reuse code but this isn't necessary for our build.

Merged without checks the second time because it was just a merge conflict in a renamed file so should have no issues
