As a start, it could be worth adding some checkboxes on the /setup page with some particularly toxic genres. If any of those are checked, exclude artists of that genre from the playlist.

I think the main implementation of this will change pretty greatly as we implement Artist and User databases in parallel, but this would be a good first step.

Actually you should just make a branch that filters to only 80s synth-pop haha.
