Save user's search preferences to DB so they can come back later

Create a User table with the following info:

Spotify ID (as the key)
Name
Email address
List of cities they have searched for (with most recent search at the start of the list)
Most recent search duration (i.e 7 days or whatever they prefer)
Number of times they have searched

Does Spotify give us other info about the user we may want to save?

It'd be good to release a privacy policy as a part of this feature.
