Set up schema

• Created test spec files and models for each: customers, merchants, items, invoices, invoice_items, and transactions.
• Created migrations. I matched the columns to the ones provided in the csv files.
• I created a database diagram to illustrate the schema. I used this as a way to visually understand the relationships and that was my primary tool when I code the tests and models and created the migrations.
